User Policy

Before proceeding with registration for Hinomaru kotsu’s(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") online registration service(hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), the user certifies that he or she agrees to all terms listed in the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Registrant promises that all information and details are true, accurate and up-to-date in all respects and at all times.
  2. If Registrants register a user name and password while using Service, Registrant is responsible for the safe keeping of that information and shall exercise due care in order for that information not to be used in an unlawful manner. The Company will consider any actions using that user name and password to be the actions of the Registrant.
  3. Any registered user of Service may delete his or her own registration information and account, and withdraw from using Service, at any time.
  4. The Company may suspend or delete a User's account without giving prior notice to User if Company believes that User is violating or has violated the Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Company reserves the right to delete any account that has been inactive for a period of 2 years or more since its last reservation, without any prior notice to User.
  6. Registrants' rights to use Service shall expire when his or her account has been deleted for any reason. The account cannot be retrieved even if Registrant has accidentally deleted his or her own account, and Company requests Registrant to be aware of this.
  7. Each account in Service is for the exclusive use and belongs solely to the User. User may not transfer or lend their accounts to any third party nor may their accounts be inherited by any third party.
