Steps For Using Our Service

STEP1

Route Selection & Booking

Select Book This Route on the page of the route you want and fill in the required details. *Please confirm here if you prefer a custom plan.

STEP2

Booking Details Confirmation & Contact

We will confirm your booking details within 1 to 2 business days and contact you regarding whether vehicle arrangements can be made.

STEP3

You will be contacted with vehicle arrangements, payment, and driver information (only if requested).

When vehicle arrangements have been completed, we will send a credit card payment email to customers who want Online Prepayment. Please follow the guide to settle payment via credit card.
(Payment via cash or credit card in person is also available.)
In addition, on or before the day the ride is scheduled we will send a notice to those request it with the driver's contact information.
(Depending upon the meeting point, we may also contact you to inform you with this same method.)

STEP4

Boarding

The driver will meet you at the appointed place and time. Enjoy Tokyo sightseeing.

* Because station wagon type vehicles are limited in number, please book these in advance.
* Japanese taxis have ramps that can be used on the rear left side door, allowing riders to board while remaining in a wheelchair.
(However, ramp installation can take around 15 to 20 minutes. Please contact us if you wish use a ramp.)

Usage Charges/Cancellation Fees

The charges for Tokyo sightseeing taxis are in line with those authorized by the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
Please confirm the price for each route.

・The charges include guide fees. The fee for each 30 minutes is 400 JPY for a Japanese-speaking guide and 1,300 JPY for an English-speaking guide.
・The charges include the cost for selecting a Toyota Alphard (2,000 JPY) or the charge for selecting a Toyota HiAce (3,000 JPY).
・Tolls, admission fees, entrance fees, and parking fees incurred during use are not included.
・You can pay in advance by using online payment system (acceptable cards: VISA・Master・JCB・AMEX・Diners・DISCOVER) or pay on the day in the taxi by cash/credit card.
Furthermore, please be aware that in the case of Online Prepayment, all charges incurred on the day of transit such as the highway toll fees, parking fees, and all extension fees will be settled on the day the service is used.
・Please contact us if you are a customer who is using any ticket, or if you wish to pay via invoice (corporate customers with prior payment by bank deposit only).

About Cancellation Fees

We charge the following set fees starting on the day prior to the day for which transit was booked.
・Prior Day Cancellation: 30%
・Same Day Cancellation: 100%

FAQ

Can the route go around a place we would like to go?
Our website features a number of sightseeing routes, but can also create a route that includes whatever spot you desire. Please check here for more details.
Is it possible to modify the listed routes however I choose?
It is not possible to modify the set routes in such a manner. If you wish to make such a modification, it will be through the Custom Plan. Please contact us here. Furthermore, it is possible to make changes on the day of travel if traffic conditions permit. Please discuss this with your driver.
Can your crew also act as sightseeing guides?
Our crew has taken the Tokyo Sightseeing Taxi Driver Certification, and in addition to giving sightseeing information within the car, they are also able to guide customers outside of the vehicle if you want this service. (This will incur parking fees. If there is no parking lot the vehicle will be on stand by.)
Are there any fees in addition to taxi charges?
In addition to the taxi fares for each route, there may also be charges such as highway fees, parking fees, or entrance fees depending on the circumstances.
The highway fees from Haneda Airport are 1,320 JPY at maximum. Parking fees vary depending on the location, but they are generally around 200 to 500 JPY per 30 minutes.
I would like to be picked up or dropped off somewhere other than the standard pick-up and drop-off areas. Is this possible?
Making modifications to the routes is necessary when designating a location other than the standard pick-up and drop-off areas. For that reason, a Custom Plan will be used. Please contact us here.
Is pick-up/drop-off possible at Tokyo Disneyland, Narita International Airport, or in Yokohama?
It is possible. If you wish for the origin or the destination of a route to be outside of the 23 wards of Tokyo, Musashino, or Mitaka, in addition to the standard charges there will be an additional meter charge or an additional flat rate charge depending on the area. If you wish to do this, please contact us via the Custom Plan. We will provide an estimate.
