The origin of Nezu Shrine dates back to a mythical world of Yamato Takeru. This shrine has survived the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923 and the Tokyo air raids in 1945. Most of the buildings were built on 1706 and it designated as an important national cultural property in Japan.

Customer Feedback

  • I came here to get a good luck. The shrine grounds are larger than I expected, and there are many foreigners too. Also, there are “One Thousand Torii” too. (40s・Woman)
