TOYOSU GURURI PARK
This is a new park that open in 2017, and it is one of the best scenic spot in Tokyo. You could get the whole view of the city including Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower and skyscrapers of the bay area. Enjoy night view of Tokyo bay area by sitting down and relax on the bench.
