Akasaka Hikawa Shrine

Enshrined from AC 951, and the 8th seii tai shogun Yoshimune Tokugawa commanded and constructed the current shrine building at the shrine’s current site in 1730.
This building still retains the original features from Edo period, so it is designated as a Tokyo-Metropolitan-Area designated intangible cultural property.
