- QHow much highway toll will I be charged on top of the flat fare to the airport?
Highway and the Metropolitan Express ETC tolls will be charged. The amount depends on the distanced traveled, up to a maximum of ¥1,320 for Haneda Airport and ¥3,050 for Narita Airport.

Narita Flat Fare is a service for customers who want to travel between Tokyo and Narita Airport at a reasonable price, available within support areas. Flat-rate TDR Taxi is recommended for those that want to visit Tokyo Disneyland early in the morning, those visiting Tokyo Disneyland with a family, etc. The plan is more reasonable when compared to our regular taxi fare. - QI'd like to use the taxi for a few hours to tour around the city. How should I go about making a reservation and checking the fare?
We recommend our Zei Taxi for sightseeing in the Tokyo area. We can discuss about your plans through phone. Hours of service: 9:00A.M. - 5.00P.M. (except for weekends and holidays). *Reservation for trips must be made before 11:00A.M. of the day before the trip. For more details, please contact our business department at 0123-381-882. The fare for chartering a taxi is time-based: 4,650 JPY for the first hour, and additional 2,110 JPY for every 30 minutes afterwards. - QCan I use Osaifu-Keitai or electronic money to pay the fare?
We accept iD and QUICPay+. We also accept 15 types of credit cards for a quick transaction. Please click on E-payment for more details.
- QWhat is Taxi Rakunori and how does it work?
Our new Taxi Rakunori gets rid of the traditional cash payment and offers a quicker transaction. Click on Taxi Rakunori on our website for more information. You can also contact our call center at 03-3814-1111 if you have any questions.
- QIs there anything I should be worried about when using Taxi Rakunori?
In case you didn't use Taxi Rakunori for more than 3 months, we will need to check the validity of your card. In this case we will have to register your credit card information again.
- QHow do I register for Taxi Rakunori?

2. Make sure 'Taxi Rakunori' is selected as your payment method under your account information and send us an e-mail
3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail about your reservation
4. On the day you use our taxi, please show your proof of reservation

Our taxis can be used even if it's only for one day. If you know the route/duration of your ride, you can check the fare by using the Fare Calculator at our top page. You can also reach us by phone. If you have any questions, please call our call center at 03-3814-1111.
- QIs your service available early in the morning or late at night?
We serve our customers 24/7.
- QCan I hire a taxi for a personal use (instead of a business-related use)?
Our taxis are certainly available for personal use; following are some examples of how our customers use our service: picking up guests and bride and groom at a wedding, picking up guests at a funeral, picking up guests at a birthday party, visiting a hospital, etc.
- QCan my client be picked up from Narita by a taxi driver?
We will pick up your client at no extra charge. Our experienced drivers will meet your client at the arrival gate and take him/her to your desired destination. Our pickup service is not limited to Narita Airport; for more information, please take a look at Airport Flat Fare page.
- QHow are we going to be picked up at Narita Airport?

- QI'd like to visit 20-30 companies for commercial purposes. Can you guys provide me with the most efficient route?
We will provide you the best route based on our taxi records. Our qualified motor vehicle operation managers will calculate the best route from the data we've collected from previous taxi operations.
- QCan we use 1BOX wagon taxis on the same day?
The number of 1BOX wagon taxis is limited. Please apply using the reservation form two weeks in advance.

- QI've left something inside the taxi.
If it's the same day, tell us the car number printed on your receipt and we will be able to specify the taxi with your forgotten item. If you don't have your receipt, then tell us the radio number, color of the taxi, characteristics of the driver, etc. and our staff will do our best to locate your taxi. - QCan taxi reservations be made on the spot?
