I'd like to know more about Narita Flat Fare plan.

Narita Flat Fare is a service for customers who want to travel between Tokyo and Narita Airport at a reasonable price, available within support areas. I'd like to know more about TDR Flat Fare plan.

TDR Flat Fare plan is recommended for those that want to visit Tokyo Disneyland early in the morning, those visiting Tokyo Disneyland with a family, etc. The plan is more reasonable when compared to our regular taxi fare. I'd like to use the taxi for a few hours to tour around the city. How should I go about making a reservation and checking the fare?

We recommend our Zei Taxi for sightseeing in the Tokyo area. We can discuss about your plans through phone. Hours of service: 9:00A.M. - 5.00P.M. (except for weekends and holidays). *Reservation for trips must be made before 11:00A.M. of the day before the trip. For more details, please contact our business department at 0123-381-882. The fare for chartering a taxi is time-based: 4,650 JPY for the first hour, and additional 2,110 JPY for every 30 minutes afterwards. About Payment

Can I use Osaifu-Keitai or electronic money to pay the fare?

We accept iD and QUICPay+. We also accept 15 types of credit cards for a quick transaction. Please click on E-payment for more details.

What is Taxi Rakunori and how does it work?

Our new Taxi Rakunori gets rid of the traditional cash payment and offers a quicker transaction. Click on Taxi Rakunori on our website for more information. You can also contact our call center at 03-3814-1111 if you have any questions.

Is there anything I should be worried about when using Taxi Rakunori?

In case you didn't use Taxi Rakunori for more than 3 months, we will need to check the validity of your card. In this case we will have to register your credit card information again.

How do I register for Taxi Rakunori?

3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail about your reservation

Taxi Services

Can a taxi be used only for one day?

Our taxis can be used even if it's only for one day. If you know the route/duration of your ride, you can check the fare by using the Fare Calculator at our top page. You can also reach us by phone. If you have any questions, please call our call center at 03-3814-1111.

Is your service available early in the morning or late at night??

We serve our customers 24/7. Please keep in mind that taxis may not be available due to reservation status.

Can I hire a taxi for a personal use (instead of a business-related use)?

Our taxis are certainly available for personal use; following are some examples of how our customers use our service: picking up guests and bride and groom at a wedding, picking up guests at a funeral, picking up guests at a birthday party, visiting a hospital, etc.

Can we reserve for more than 10 taxis all at once?

We will provide our best service even if you need more than 10 cars. With 607 taxis, we are prepared to serve you even for biggest events. Please call our call center at 08-3814-1111 for more details.

Can my client be picked up from Narita by a taxi driver?

We will pick up your client at no extra charge. Our experienced drivers will meet your client at the arrival gate and take him/her to your desired destination. Our pickup service is not limited to Narita Airport; for more information, please take a look at Airport Flat Fare page.

I'd like to visit 20-30 companies for commercial purposes. Can you guys provide me with the most efficient route?

We will provide you the best route based on our taxi records. Our qualified motor vehicle operation managers will calculate the best route from the data we've collected from previous taxi operations.

Can we use 1BOX wagon taxis on the same day?

The number of 1BOX wagon taxis is limited. Please call at lease 2 days in advance to reserve a 1BOX wagon taxi.

I've left something inside the taxi.

If it's the same day, tell us the car number printed on your receipt and we will be able to specify the taxi with your forgotten item. If you don't have your receipt, then tell us the radio number, color of the taxi, characteristics of the driver, etc. and our staff will do our best to locate your taxi. Please refer to our Lost & Found page to learn more about how we store lost items.

How do I figure out how long and how much it takes to get to a certain destination?

Fare Calculator is located on the right side of the top page. We calculate the time and fare by using Google Maps. By entering your origin, destination, and departure time, you should be able to see the fare and travel time. Please note that the calculated fare may change depending on traffic conditions.

I'd like to call a taxi in English. Are there drivers that speak English?

There are drivers that are fluent in English as well as other languages as well. Even though our current GPS system cannot locate and dispatch specific drivers, if you make a reservation in advance, we will be able to provide a driver that suits your needs. Can taxi reservations be made on the spot?

HINOMARU Call Center take on-the-day reservations asa well as future reservations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservations can be made through a phone call or online. Please feel free to call our Call Center at 03-3814-1111.

What is the difference between reservation by phone and reservation through the web?

Reservation by phone requires a pick up fee of 310JPY and a reservation fee of 410JPY. If you are being picked up right away or your reservation is within 3 hours, then there's no reservation fee. Reservation through the web requires no reservation fee no matter when you are being picked up. As we introduced Taxi Rakunori, customers can make quick transactions. Please use the Fare Calculator on our front page to check the price and time, and we look forward to serve you.

Can reservations be made with a mobile phone?

Yes, and making a reservation through a mobile phone is a better way when all the lines are busy at our Call Center.

Can I delete all registration data and cancel the membership?

Once you delete your acount,you can't undo this.
